Mutolea Ayvalık Green Olive is prepared with traditional methods, from large and meat olives, which are unique to the Aegean’s olive paradise Ayvalık region. The green olives carefully collected from the department are matured by fermented in natural salamura without seeing any chemicals. It is prepared according to crushing or scratch method, no additives, preservatives and dyes.
